崗位職責：
1.深入分析和熟悉公司各部門的業(yè)務流程和邏輯，為ERP、OA系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃與設計，制定產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化方案；
2.與研發(fā)、設計、運營等供應商及部門有效溝通，確保其對產(chǎn)品充分理解；
3.把控項目質(zhì)量，提升用戶滿意度；監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)，并進行分析和統(tǒng)計；
4.負責ERP、OA系統(tǒng)部署及后期維護，推進、管理、實施、維護ERP；
5.負責ERP、OA系統(tǒng)管理及定制文件表單制作及執(zhí)行；
6.負責ERP、OA系統(tǒng)的操作使用培訓，制定相關手冊不斷提高用戶系統(tǒng)操作水平；
7.負責各類相關財務、人事報表的制作、開發(fā)（帆軟FineReport或PowerBI）；
8.承擔公司各部門與應用實施方的溝通；
9.領導分配的其他任務。

任職要求：
1.本科及以上學歷，計算機相關專業(yè)；
2.了解MSSQL Server、MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫，并能掌握一般的查詢語句的編寫；
3.對財務專業(yè)知識有一定的了解；
4.至少2年以上ERP或OA等相關系統(tǒng)工作經(jīng)驗，從事過系統(tǒng)實施、推廣、培訓等相關工作；
5.工作積極、細致、認真負責，有良好的學習能力、溝通能力和獨立解決問題的能力，能夠承受壓力，具有較強的工作責任心和事業(yè)心；
6.性格樂觀開朗，有良好的團隊合作精神；
7.至少熟練掌握一門高級開發(fā)語言，代碼風格好，架構清晰；
8.對ERP有一定的認識及濃厚的興趣；
9.熟悉金蝶K3/Cloud產(chǎn)品優(yōu)先；
10.良好的英語溝通能力。
