職位描述(Job Descriptions)：
1.Review customer requirements and communication with customer
2.Based on customer requirements to make proposal
3.Control cabinet design, electrical diagram design
4.Work with external supplier to select correct electrical components.
5.Cooperate with mechanical designer to implement design
6.Attend all the related review meeting
7.PLC program /Robot program /HMI creation to ensure simply, easy, convenience to production, and in the meantime considering program standardization
8.Cycle time optimization to meet customer requirements.
9.Machine installation, debug, training at MBT site and at customer site to pass pre-acceptance and final acceptance.
10.After service and question answer from customer
11.Existing machine improvement / upgrade12. Cost reduction
　職位要求(Job Requirements)：
1.Bachelor degree in Electric Engineering with 3+ years of program design experience
2.Be familiar with Siemens 7 / Rexroth PLC and Wincc
3.Fluent English in oral and written
4.A good team player and can work under high pressure5.Self-motivated , self managed and organized
