職位描述
Take charge of remanufacturing engine assembly process planning.
? Compile assembly related process documents, check and update the process parameters, tools, consumables, etc.
? Lead the assembly trial run and SOP, organize and attend equipment operating and maintenance training.
? Ensure the SOP of remanufacturing engines in China.
? Support his senior manager to fulfill department targets.
At least 5 years’ experience in the automotive production in particular engine related area.
- Be familiar with standardization and Lean production system.
- Be familiar with problem solving tools. E.g. PDCA, 8D, 7 Diamonds, etc.
- Be familiar with “5s” and push to be implemented in spot.
