崗位職責：
1. Daily management of the technical service team in specific region, ensure customer requests be responded timely.
在指定區(qū)域里進行技術(shù)服務(wù)團隊的日常管理，確保客戶需求得到及時響應(yīng)。
2. Working with her/his team, as an excellent candidate to provide and professional technical service to customers , ensure technical queries are properly and timely handled.
當團隊成員無法及時有效的提供客戶服務(wù)支持時，作為團隊里的優(yōu)秀候選人，提供客戶迅速和專業(yè)的技術(shù)支持服務(wù)，確保技術(shù)需求及時響應(yīng)和解決。
3. Implement company and department strategies and initiatives, ensure project completion timeliness with high quality.
執(zhí)行公司和部門的策略和計劃，確保項目及時和高質(zhì)量完成。
4. Provide coaching and development to the team, build team spirit, establish KPI for team, ensure the team competence improved.
輔導和發(fā)展團隊成員，構(gòu)建良好的團隊精神，建立團隊成員考核目標，確保團隊技術(shù)服務(wù)能力的提升。
5. Visit VIP customer regularly, and explore the customer needs and potential product problem, ensure to solve customers product application problems in time and reduce complaint risk.
重要客戶定期隨訪，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)客戶需求和潛在產(chǎn)品問題，確保解決客戶產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用問題和降低投訴風險。

任職要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in Clinical Laboratory or life science discipline or equivalent
臨床檢驗或生物相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科及以上學歷
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in technical support for medical or biotechnological area at foreign company, at least 1 year managerial experience.
3年以上外企醫(yī)藥或生物技術(shù)行業(yè)相關(guān)技術(shù)支持工作經(jīng)驗，1年以上管理工作經(jīng)驗
3. Good knowledge of immunology knowledge
熟悉免疫學相關(guān)知識
4. Proficiency in ELISA principle and operation
精通ELISA原理與操作
5. Troubleshooting skill and experience
具備投訴處理的技巧和經(jīng)驗
6. customer service consciousness

8. Standard and fluent mandarin, good communication ability, CET6, familiar with MS office software
