工作職責：
1、負責海外客戶，討論產品需求，協同工程團隊完成項目的前期評估，工作量評估；
2、負責海外客戶項目實施。準備項目推進計劃，跟蹤，實施。協同內部，外部不同團隊，完成項目；
3、負責海外客戶項目生產跟進，把控生產周期；
4、配合Sales做好生產計劃，和相應支持工作；
5、協調銷售，產品市場，研發，采購，產品計劃等部門，做好跨部門溝通，更好的把控推進項目進程；
6、項目的質量做好把控；
7、分析產品的競爭力，提出改進產品的方案，對相關產品順應大趨勢進行升級；
8、有良好的英語口語能力，能和客戶用英語直接溝通；
9、工作地點深圳。

任職資格：
1、大學本科以上學歷，電子及相關專業；
2、10年以上工作經驗，2-3年技術經驗，5年以上產品市場經驗，有海外團隊項目經驗；
3、熟悉電視，機頂盒等消費類電子產品，芯片，及其相關技術，熟悉產品的生產周期；
4、英文流利,良好的溝通表達能力，協調能力，抗壓能力強；
5、良好的團隊合作精神。


Job Description
Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for management of overseas full product lifecycle, including planning and design of product, evaluation of proposals, product development, product promotion, product introduction and sales and lifecycle management.
2、Investigate overseas product specific customer, market segments, competitor, consumer needs, and technologies.
3、Define the strategy and roadmap for products portfolio.
4、Organize evaluations of techniques, cost, quality, risk, manufacture and supply
5、Work with team member on cross function team process, including sales region, business plan, product marketing, R&D, sourcing, planning and supply chain.
6、Manage on making promotion proposals, sorting out selling points, training of product presentations and implementation.
7、Analyze product competitiveness, product improvement and upgrade maintenance.

Requirements:
1、At least bachelor degree, major in electronics, IT and relative majors;
2、Totally 10+ years working experience, including 2-3 years’ experience in technique functions, 5+ years’ experience in product management and overseas project experience;
3、Familiar with OTT, IPTV related products;
4、Fluent English speaking, both in verbal and written;
5、Good communication skills"
