職責描述：
1.Lead tax planning & policy team to develop and implement appropriate tax planning initiatives and recommendations to place the Company in the most effective tax posture;
2.Identify and pursue tax optimization/efficiency opportunities to elevate group’s financial performance/business models;
3.Partner with internal departments/stakeholders to provide solid solutions, technical/practical support to various initiatives to minimize tax exposure and maximize tax benefits/efficiency;
4.Keep current with new tax laws, regulations and positions taken by the major taxing authorities, determine their effect on the company and advise management of any major impacts;
5.Proactively develop and manage relationship with SAT on a regular basis to better master the directions/development of policy/regulations; lead and drive discussion with SAT/local tax authorities;
6.Manage the tax policies and SOPs to ensure effective control and compliance are in place;
7.Provide Fapiao management consultations, trainings and audits to the Operations;
8.Prepare the ETR, DTA/DTL calculations, VA review, SOX package and Annual Tax Package and maintain the communication with the Global tax on the regular basis;
9.Provide the necessary tax information to complete the various financial forecasts and outlooks;
10.Provide advice on process improvements for other tax functional teams and perform internal health check/audits on the needed basis;
11.Undertake tax training and professional technical sharing to develop talents;
